Luxifelt

Our premium product is a combination of recycled crumb rubber and our quality wool felt, providing both outstanding durability and excellent comfort underfoot.  Without doubt, the only felt that should be fitted underneath any top quality wool carpet. Only available in roll size of 11m x 1.37m.

Wool Felt

Our most popular product for many years, this underfelt consists of a blend of wool and jute fibres and is available in a variety of weights from a lightweight 26oz per sq.yard (for domestic use) up to a heavyweight 60oz per sq.yard, which is suitable for contract use that demands a product that can withstand high foot traffic areas.

Hair Felt

An underfelt that contains a mixture of 50% jute and 50% hair.  The addition of this latter raw material into the manufacturing process helps to capture warmth and increases fire retardancy.  Again available in weights of 26oz - 60oz per square yard.

Budget

The latest addition to the underfelt range provides total value for money whilst retaining the quality that Corlay has become synonymous for.  This product is manufactured using wool, jute and synthetic fibres and is available in our normal weight range.

Customised Felt

If your company has a particular colour theme, why not contact us to see if we can produce a wool felt in your preferred colour?  We currently produce felt in blue, grey, red or green.

PU Underlay

We can now offer a PU underlay with an 80kg density and backing on both sides. This product is branded as Abacus and is available in both 8mm and 10mm thicknesses.

Availability

All finished rolls are manufactured to order, with a width of 1.37m and are available in standard lengths of 11 metres, 12m, and 25m although other lengths may be manufactured on request.
